No fees are payable to the client if flight is altered, rescheduled or canceled due weather or other operational contingency. * Clients should indicate time preference at booking (subject to availability). * Please call to notify us of your hotel information once you book the tour. * You will be picked up from your hotel in the Greater Miami area 45 -75 minutes before as you should be at the airport 15 minutes before flight time. * No shows are non-refundable * This tour can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior
