When you submit a contact form, we collect whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our website, we collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL, and browsing behavior through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics).

Information from booking platforms

If you book through a third-party platform (such as Costco Travel, Viator, GetYourGuide, or other travel agencies), we receive your booking details and contact information from those platforms to fulfill your reservation.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and confirm your tour bookings
  • Send booking confirmations, updates, reminders, and vouchers
  • Respond to your questions and provide guest care
  • Improve our website, tours, and overall experience
  • Send post-tour feedback requests

3. SMS & Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive transactional SMS and text messages from Gray Line Miami. These messages may include:

  • Booking confirmations and updates
  • Tour reminders (24 hours and 2 hours before your scheduled experience)
  • Operational updates such as schedule changes or pickup instructions

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Only US and Canadian phone numbers (+1) will receive SMS messages.

4. Email Communications

We send transactional emails related to your bookings from updates@graylinemiami.com - these include confirmations, reminders, receipts, and vouchers. You may also receive post-tour feedback requests. To unsubscribe from promotional emails, click the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us at hello@graylinemiami.com.

5. Data Sharing

We share your personal information only in the following circumstances:

  • Tour operators and service providers: To fulfill your booking (e.g., bus companies, boat operators, activity providers)
  • Payment processors: Stripe processes all payments securely on our behalf
  • Communication services: Twilio handles SMS delivery on our behalf

  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
