1. Agreement
By accessing and using the Gray Line Miami website (graylinemiami.com) and booking any tours, activities, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Gray Line Miami.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Upon completing a booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking code, tour details, pickup information, and voucher. Please review all details carefully and contact us immediately at care@graylinemiami.com if any information is incorrect. Your booking is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email with a valid booking code. Gray Line Miami reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment processed, the price is locked and will not be affected by subsequent price changes. Any additional services, upgrades, or optional add-ons not included in the original booking will be charged separately.
4. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. Gray Line Miami does not store your credit card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Tour Operations
Tours operate rain or shine unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe by Gray Line Miami or its tour operators. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Gray Line Miami reserves the right to modify itineraries, routes, pickup times, or schedules due to weather, traffic, road closures, or other operational factors while maintaining the overall tour experience. Guests are expected to arrive at the designated pickup point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
6. Liability
Gray Line Miami (operated by Miami Incoming Services LLC) acts as an agent for various transportation companies, tour operators, hotels, restaurants, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by or resulting from the acts, omissions, or negligence of these third-party service providers. Participation in tours and activities is at your own risk. Gray Line Miami strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip.
7. Cancellation
Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. In summary: free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 100% charge. No-shows are non-refundable. Please review our full cancellation policy for complete details.
