Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
You may cancel your tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked, no fees charged.
Cancellations within 24 hours
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time will incur a 100% service charge. This includes same-day cancellations and last-minute requests. We strongly encourage booking with confidence and cancelling early if your plans change.
No-show
Failure to show up for your scheduled tour is non-refundable. Please ensure you arrive at the designated pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the tour has departed.
Weather cancellations
If Gray Line Miami cancels a tour due to unsafe weather conditions (hurricanes, severe storms, flooding), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date at no additional cost. Weather-related cancellations are determined solely by Gray Line Miami and its tour operators.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.
